Governor Imee R. Marcos has revealed willingness to invest in science and technology to push for “inclusive development” in Ilocos Norte during her remarks at the 33rdAnnual Philippine American Academy of Science and Engineering (PAASE) Meeting and Symposium (APAMS) held at Plaza del Norte, Laoag City last January 31.
Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Virgilio Delos Reyes inaugurates the construction of 35 units shallow tube well and awards 34 units of water pumps and engines on January 25, 2013 in Barangay San Lorenzo, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. The project was jointly funded by the Japanese Government and DAR.
Gov. Imee awards five breeding cattle to the residents of Susugaen, Pasuquin Jan. 16, 2013. The animals were requested from the Provincial Government by the barangay council as a means of livelihood for their indigent residents. Care and ownership of the cattle will be transferred after each calving.
