In honor of Ilocos Norte’s son PO2 Omar A. Nacionales and other 43 Special Action Forces (SAF) commandos killed in Maguindanao last Sunday, the Provincial Government led by Governor Imee Marcos held a memorial mass and a wreath-laying ceremony this morning.
