After attending a simple celebration prepared by Capitol employees for her birthday, Governor Imee R. Marcos called it work as usual and headed to the town of San Nicolas to grace a jobs fair today, November 12.
Gov. Imee started her birthday early by attending a mass held at the Carmelite Church in Laoag City Nov. 12. Well-wishers gathered outside the Ilocos Norte Capitol to sing “Padapadakam”, a traditional Ilocano birthday song, and offered flowers and bouquets to the Governor. She then visited the special job fair at Robinsons Ilocos Norte where hundreds of applicants applied for local and overseas jobs.
